We try to keep our cancellation and refund policy fair and easy to understand.

1. You may cancel and request a refund up to 91 days prior to the trip start date. We will refund any payments you have made, less your deposit, which Amelia will retain. 

2. For cancellations 0-90 days prior to your trip start date, no refunds are possible, however you may substitute the traveller with another person, pending approval by the Trip Host.

3. If you paid in installments, the installment provider's refund terms also apply.
